Step-by-step Figma workflows from How I AI expert interviews. Each guide includes prompts, code snippets, and practical tips.
Automate and accelerate executive-level tasks by using AI agents integrated with your business tools. Learn how to use prompts to redesign Figma slides, analyze sales calls for insights, and generate lead lists from your email.
Delegate tedious production design work to an AI assistant. This workflow shows how to use a custom bot connected to Figma to handle repetitive tasks like icon placement, freeing you up for more creative work, all from your phone.
Automate your entire YouTube thumbnail creation process using GPT-6 Astra. Let an AI agent process source images in a tool like Flora and then assemble the final design in Figma, saving hours of manual work.
Use a hybrid AI workflow to bridge design and development. Generate high-level design concepts and tokens with Claude, then use Codex for robust implementation of the technical components in your codebase.
Export the states that exist in code but are missing from the design file. One prompt asks the agent to find every state in a flow, place editable versions side by side in Figma, and give designers a current canvas for refinement.
Move a running page into Figma as editable design, let the team refine it together, then give the updated frame URL back to a coding agent so it can apply the design to the local codebase.
Build a repeatable Midjourney brand system by testing a visual mood board, isolating the style references that actually work, layering in a personalization code, and documenting the final recipe for reuse.
Wrap Figma extraction, implementation, and browser comparison in one `/figma` command so a teammate can paste a frame link and get a close first pass that corrects its own obvious misses.
Turn a static Figma direction into a disposable interactive prototype that reveals responsive, resizing, toggling, and edge behavior, then hand engineering the decisions and evidence rather than presenting prototype code as production code.
Turn a brand system into reusable image generation guidance, explore concepts broadly, refine one direction with controlled variations, and prepare a transparent production asset while recording prompts, references, model versions, rights, and edits.
Use a one sentence product idea as the trigger for a source grounded PRD, not as the complete requirement. Retrieve company evidence, generate linked problem and solution sections, compare prototypes, and revise from the earliest disputed assumption.
Use index cards to explore a mobile flow anywhere, then give the photographed sequence enough product and platform context for an image model to refine it before rebuilding the result with real Figma components.
Win support for an AI-adoption initiative by pairing a concrete personal proof point with a specific business problem, a bounded experiment, and a clear request for sponsorship.
