Step01

Craft a Single-Sentence Prompt

Write one sentence that names the customer, problem, and desired outcome. Treat it as a query into company knowledge, and do not imply that the sentence contains enough evidence or detail to authorize a build.

Explore a product idea: [user] needs [capability] so they can [outcome]. Retrieve relevant customer feedback, analytics, strategy, prior decisions, and technical constraints from approved sources. Return evidence with links, contradictions, assumptions, and open questions before proposing requirements.
Step02

Trigger Automated PRD Generation

Run an orchestrated sequence for problem exploration, solution alternatives, detailed requirements, risks, and prototype instructions. Each stage should cite its inputs and mark which downstream sections depend on unresolved assumptions.

Step03

Send Prototyping Instructions to Design Tools

Send the prototype brief to several tools or generate several directions in one tool. Use the same source evidence, constraints, and evaluation criteria so visual polish does not decide the comparison.

Review and Refine Iteratively

Review the problem, evidence, alternatives, requirements, and prototype with the affected disciplines. Comment at the earliest disputed premise, regenerate dependent sections, and record accepted decisions, rejected options, owners, and follow up research.

Based on the following PRD draft, refine the user stories. Rewrite each one to follow the format: "As a [user type], I want to [action] so that [benefit]." Then, for each story, add 3-5 specific acceptance criteria.

  • The problem statement names the user, job, evidence, scope, and uncertainty rather than expanding one sentence into invented facts.
  • Requirements link to sources or are clearly labeled assumptions, decisions, or open questions.
  • Several solution or prototype directions are compared against the same criteria.
