You shouldn't have to copy and paste your PRD every time you switch AI tools.
This week, we're giving you more ways to bring ChatPRD into your AI workflow: a new API for your scripts and agents, a Meta Muse connector, and an MCP update that lets you start with our templates without signing in.
Let's jump in 🥳
🔌 New: the ChatPRD API
ChatPRD now has a REST API for Pro, Team, and Enterprise users. Connect scripts and agents to find and read your docs, or let them create and update documents when you enable write access.

Using Meta Muse? Our new connector lets it work with your PRDs and specs. Try asking it to summarize your latest PRD or turn meeting notes into a draft in ChatPRD. Keys start read-only; you choose whether to allow edits.
🛠 MCP: start with a template, no sign-in needed
Our MCP server now gives your AI tools access to ChatPRD's public templates without a ChatPRD account. Start with a PRD, AI development brief, user testing plan, or launch checklist, right from your MCP client.
Want to work with your own docs and projects? Sign in to connect your ChatPRD account. Public templates are open to everyone; your private work still requires authentication.
📚 Use code OCT2026 to get $1000 off tomorrow's course
Tomorrow, Zach and I kick off the October cohort of Executive Playbook for AI in Engineering, Product, and Design. We’ll work through the decisions that turn individual AI wins into a faster team: what to automate, how to get people using it, and what needs to change in your codebase, planning, and reviews.
You’ll get two half-days live, guest firesides, and three follow-up office hours over 90 days to help you put it into practice.

🎤 My talk at Lenny and Friends Summit
In case you missed it: The Last Roadmap confronts what I keep coming back to as AI makes building easier: how do we decide what’s worth building? I make the case for bigger ambitions and experiments that help us learn from real customers.
