Connect Meta Muse

Meta Muse can build a custom connector to any service that has a public API and a credential it can store. ChatPRD publishes an agent-readable connector brief and the REST API documented here, so Muse can work with your PRDs and specs on your behalf.

1. Create an API key

In ChatPRD, open Settings → Integrations → Meta Muse (or Settings → API Keys) and create a key named Meta Muse. Keys are read-only by default, which is enough for Muse to summarize and search. Turn on Allow write if you want Muse to draft and update documents. Copy the key; it is only shown once.

2. Add the connector in Muse

In Muse, add a custom connector and store the key as a credential named CHATPRD_API_KEY. Then send Muse this prompt:

Create a custom connector for ChatPRD. Read the setup brief at https://app.chatprd.ai/connectors/muse.md and use my CHATPRD_API_KEY credential for the Bearer token.

The brief describes the API, the safety rules (read before write, never echo the key) and common recipes, so Muse can build the connector without further guidance.

3. Try it

• "Summarize my latest PRD in ChatPRD."
• "Turn these meeting notes into a PRD in ChatPRD."
• "Add a Risks section to the checkout PRD."

Managing access

Revoke the key at any time from Settings → API Keys; Muse loses access immediately. The connector only sees what your ChatPRD account can see, including your teams.
