4 steps
Collect your own Enneagram, Human Design, Myers Briggs, DISC, voice, tone, or working style documents. Include only frameworks you find useful and remember that none is a clinical assessment.
Create a Personal OS project and upload the files. Generate instructions that use them as reflection lenses while staying grounded in the actual situation and asking for missing context.
Create instructions for a personal coaching project based on my uploaded assessments and communication guide. Use the frameworks as lenses, not diagnoses. Help me identify patterns, consider alternative interpretations, prepare communication, and choose a next action. Ground advice in my files and the facts I provide, and ask when important context is missing.
For a working relationship, add an authorized operating manual or communication guide and ask the coach to compare styles. Request specific meeting, update, and feedback tactics rather than broad personality commentary.
This operating manual is from my manager Morgan. I am newly reporting to him. Compare his documented working preferences with my uploaded context and suggest how to structure one on ones, status updates, requests for help, and disagreement. Note which advice comes from his manual and which is an inference.
When emotions are high, describe the facts, your reaction, and what outcome you want. Ask the coach to validate the concern, challenge your first interpretation, and help draft a constructive next move.
I am angry because someone is trying to take control of a project I lead. Help me separate observed facts from my interpretation, explain why this may hit a sensitive pattern in my profile, offer two plausible views of the other person's intent, and draft a direct conversation that protects the project without escalating the conflict.
