Step 01

Schedule a Daily 'Morning Brief'

In Cowork, set up a recurring task to run every morning. This task will bridge the gap between yesterday's activities and today's plan.

Step 02

Summarize Previous Day's Activities

Configure the task to review transcripts from yesterday's meetings (via Granola) and overnight messages (via Slack/email), pulling out key summaries and action items.

Step 03

Identify Knowledge Gaps

Instruct the AI to scan all recent communications and actively look for terms, project codenames, or concepts that are not in its existing knowledge files.

Step 04

Prompt for Clarification

When the AI finds an unknown term, it should proactively ask you for a definition, turning a knowledge gap into a learning opportunity.

Example prompt
A term I didn't know, the [TERM]... I read the thread and understand [BRIEF UNDERSTANDING]. Want me to save?

For example, when the AI found the term 'settlement cap', it asked for permission to save its inferred definition, continuously enriching its context.

Step 05

Update AI Knowledge Base

When prompted, simply confirm the AI's understanding (e.g., reply 'Yes'). The AI will then save this new definition to its context files, making it smarter for all future tasks.
