Collect Unread Emails

Copy and paste a batch of emails that need attention directly into your AI chat interface.

Craft Your Triage Prompt

Instruct the AI to act as your personal assistant to process the provided emails, giving it a clear role and context.

Example prompt
Act as my personal assistant. Here are several emails from my inbox. Please provide a short, easy-to-read summary of the action items. Then, draft clean replies for each email in my voice (casual but professional, no em dashes). If a meeting is requested, add a placeholder for a calendar invite.
Step 03

Define Your Voice and Style

Include negative constraints in your prompt to avoid stylistic tics you dislike. The blog author included 'no em dashes' to guide the model's writing style.

Request Specific Actions

Prompt the AI to identify and handle specific tasks mentioned in the emails, such as adding a calendar invite when a meeting is requested, to make the output more actionable.
