This week, we’ve been busy under the hood—shipping new features, improving reliability, and making life easier for both end users and our support team (aka me.)

🤖 Linear Agent: Continued Improvements
The ChatPRD Linear agent continues to be a super popular new feature, so we're working hard at improving your user experience, extending features, and working on our own code structure so it's easy to maintain and add on more features.
This week we focused on:
- Simplified response framework (she'll only listen to @chatprd mentions)
- Improved user matching - if you've had trouble getting her to listen, make sure that your ChatPRD email matches your Linear account email
- Enforcing team plan required for agent access - now that our trial period is up, you'll need to purchase (or start trialing) a team subscription in order to access the linear agent. We have to keep the lights on, you know 😄
A continued thanks to everyone who is pinging us with feedback, reporting bugs, and subscribed to new Team plans.
Reminder: our Linear Agent is available for ChatPRD Teams plans only. If you have a team account, you can add the agent to your linear workspace in your integration settings. Any of your teammates in ChatPRD can @ mention her in Linear and get assistance!
If you're interested in upgrading your personal account to a team account (even a team of 1!) send us a note in the support chat and we'll be happy to help you out.
🆘 Internal Support Center
There's been a big bump in usage, so there's been a big bump in support questions. While we love our AI support agent, many times we still have to help you all with the product, billing, and more. So I coded up a full support center to help us answer common questions and manage your accounts in an easier way.
Even more fun, I used ChatPRD to create the PRD (of course) for the help center, one shotted it to v0, and then coded it up in Cursor.
🐛 Bug fixes and tweaks
Some smaller—but mighty—adjustments this week:
- FIXED: Primary email updates for Linear connections
- FIXED: Small fixes to template management page
