The ChatPRD Teams plan: shared workspaces, collaboration, team integrations like Linear and SharePoint, and central admin and billing.
What is the Teams plan?
ChatPRD Teams is for organizations with two or more people using ChatPRD. Everyone works in one shared workspace, with visibility into each other's documents, commenting, and review and approval, plus team-only integrations and central management of members and billing.

What the Teams plan includes
- A shared workspace for your team's chats, documents, projects and prototypes.
- Real-time collaboration: share chats and documents with teammates, edit documents together, and comment.
- Shared templates so every document starts in your team's house style. See Creating & Using Templates.
- Team integrations: the Linear agent, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint, plus connecting your organization's Slack workspace, on top of the integrations in Pro.
- Enterprise search across Atlassian, Google Drive, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
- Unlimited competitor tracking, hosted MCP for Claude Code, Codex, Claude, ChatGPT and more, and a team usage dashboard.
- Seats and roles: Admins and Members, plus an Access Manager role for billing and people management that doesn't take a paid seat. See Team Collaboration.
- Central billing for every seat.
How does pricing work?
Teams is priced per seat: $39 per seat per month billed monthly, or $349 per seat per year billed annually (about $29 per seat per month, a 25% saving). See Plans for current pricing.
Free teams include five seats, including pending invitations, so you can try working together before you upgrade.
Terms of service, privacy and data
Team accounts have the same Terms of Service and Privacy Policy as individual accounts. We only use the information you submit to provide and improve the product, and we never sell your data.
ChatPRD uses AI models from OpenAI and Anthropic. They process your content as subprocessors under contracts that restrict how they can use it, and we don't use your content to train general AI models. See Security and Privacy and our subprocessors.
How is Teams different from Enterprise?
