Setting Up Your User Profile

Accessing Your Profile Settings

• Click on your profile picture or initials in the bottom left corner of the screen.
• Select Profile from the dropdown menu.

Basic Information

In the Basic Info tab, you can update:

Personal Details:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Company Name
• Company Website

Professional Information:

• Role - Select from a comprehensive list of product and tech roles
• Bio - Write a brief description of your background or use the "Generate Bio" feature to create one automatically based on your profile information

Preferences

In the Preferences tab, you can customize:

Language Settings:

• Default Language - Choose from multiple language options for AI interactions

Personality:

• Professional - Formal and business-oriented responses
• Friendly - More casual and conversational tone
• Direct - Concise and to-the-point communication

Industry Context:

• Select your industry to help ChatPRD provide more relevant suggestions and examples

Feedback Style:

• Balanced - Equal focus on positive aspects and areas for improvement
• Constructive - More emphasis on improvement opportunities
• Supportive - More emphasis on positive reinforcement

Saving Your Changes

After making any changes to your profile:

1. Click the Save Profile button at the bottom of the form.
2. You'll see a confirmation message when your changes have been saved successfully.

Organization Switching

If you belong to multiple organizations, use the organization switcher at the top of the profile form to switch between different organizations.

Your profile settings can be different for each organization you belong to.

Account Management

For account-related actions such as:

• Changing your password
• Updating your email address
• Managing billing information
