Managing Billing and Subscriptions

How to cancel, manage your plan, understand renewals, and handle billing questions — all self-serve.

You can manage everything about your ChatPRD subscription — cancellation, plan changes, and billing details — directly from your account settings, no need to contact support.

How to cancel your subscription

You can cancel at any time — no email required. Here's how:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing, or visit app.chatprd.ai/settings/billing directly.
  2. Click Manage Subscription.
  3. In the Stripe billing portal, click Cancel plan.

After cancelling, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again.

Understanding renewals

ChatPRD subscriptions renew automatically — monthly plans renew each month, annual plans renew once a year. You will receive an email receipt from Stripe when a charge processes.

If you do not want to be charged at renewal, cancel before the renewal date. You can check your next renewal date in Settings → Billing.

Free trials

Some plans include a free trial. When a trial ends, your card is charged automatically for the first billing period. To avoid a charge, cancel before the trial ends — you can do this the same day you sign up if you decide ChatPRD is not for you.

Changing your plan

You can upgrade or change your plan at any time from Settings → Billing. Plan changes take effect immediately.

Updating payment information

To update your credit card or payment method, go to Settings → Billing and click Manage Subscription. In the Stripe portal you can add a new card and remove the old one.

Refunds

ChatPRD subscriptions are generally non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for full details.
