ChatPRD subscriptions are generally non-refundable, with only rare exception reviews.

ChatPRD subscriptions are generally non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for many common situations, including forgetting to cancel, not using the product, changing your mind, or no longer needing the subscription.

In rare exceptions, we may review a charge manually. Any review is discretionary and should not be treated as the standard path or an expectation of refund.

When are refunds usually not issued?

Refunds are usually not issued for reasons like:

  • Forgetting to cancel before renewal
  • Not using the subscription after purchase or renewal
  • Changing your mind after being charged
  • No longer needing the plan
  • Missing the end of a free trial

Are there ever exceptions?

Yes, but only rarely. If there is a genuine billing problem, we may review it manually.

Examples may include an accidental duplicate charge or another clear billing error.

How do I contact support about a charge?

Email hello@chatprd.ai with the charge date, amount, account email, and a short explanation.

Contacting support does not mean a refund will be issued. It simply allows us to review the case.

How do I avoid future charges?

Cancel anytime at app.chatprd.ai/settings/billing.

After cancellation, your access continues until the end of your current billing cycle.

Do annual plans auto-renew?

Yes. Annual plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

If you do not want the next annual renewal, review your billing settings ahead of time and cancel before the charge is processed.
